Hi All, I am new to the site and drones.  I just purchased a mavic and I am planning on bringing the mavic and batteries on my flight from LAX to Cancun.  Can anyone give me any advice or tips on travelling with a drone?  Some Questions that I have are:

Should the lipo batteries be packed in a lipo safe bag?
Will I be fined in Mexico if my bag is randomly searched at the airport?  If so, how much?


Any advice or past experiences would be helpful.  Thanks

Bring a lot of Pesos just in case....you never know.
