Why am I getting an EMC  error msg on my controller and how can I fix it

According to the manual, Control Sticks are experiencing slight electromagnetic interference and it is suggested to find another location to fly.
So perhaps you could find another location to fly and try it there.

Some info on the controller sticks.  The Mavic controller uses new technology to sense the position of the sticks.  In the old days moving the stick caused a variable resistor to rotate changing the current flow.  In the Mavic controller there is a magnet at the end of the stick. Four sensors detect the strength of the magnetic field which changes as the stick is moved.
The short of it is any stray magnetic field is going to mess with this.   There is a way to calibrate the sticks, check the manual.

Use rare earth magnet rubbed around the sticks and the back of the controller will clear the error. This has been reported by few pilots in the forum. Good luck
