I have a Phantom 2+ with a GOPRO 3 Black

and a 7” Monitor (Elvid) that’s on 5.8g (5.723)

i know the Phantom 2+ is 2.4g BUT what is the freq. (  2.???  )

or HOW can i tell??

Try searching the FCC (if you're in the US) Id on the sticker on the transmitter on fccid.net. For example the ID on the wifi extender on my vision+ shows a range of 2412.0  -  2462.0 Ghz.

FASST is spread evenly across the entire 2.4GHz ISM band from 2,405 to 2,495.

The working frequency 2.404--2.476GHZ.You can check the FCC ID on the back of the controller.
