The footage from my camera is full of small green artifacts and totally useless. What can I do to fix this?

excuse me for double post, i have a picture of the artefact aswell, actually its not purple, its blue green, and sometimes covers the hole image and sometimes only parts, it comes and goes, it appears on two different cine ssd´s and in two different film locations
by the way, we shot LOG-D

DJI needs to recognize that this is no longer an isolated case and tell us what the problem is.

I am in Brazil and it is very difficult and expensive to send Inspire to the United States.

i found the solution for my problem, its caused by a loose contact which you can see in this little video i made last night:



pretty sad thing.. seems like this will come sooner or later to every inspire..

i figured out its the tiny cables that go into the vibration absorber plate, each time the camera is mounted these cables will be moved, and they are so tiny so its a question of time this will happen to anybody i think
