I sent my Inspire 2 in for repair. I paid for nearly $400 dollars for a repair. The drone was returned unrepaired! They charged me for the specific problem I was trying to get them to fix but they either did not do the repair or botched it. What can I do here? I have been going back and forth with customer "service" for nearly 6 weeks. I finally got what I thought was a resolution and they returned the drone broken! SOMEONE PLEASE HELP! I can't spend another 3 hours on hold waiting for a person to speak to.
