  my name is Amir and I'm writing in reference to CAS-607400-W2T0L4.
  My unit was repaired and has been ready to be shipped out since May 18th, but it has not left your warehouse yet.
  As I am currently out of the country (US), my only option of getting my unit back is with a friend who is flying to Israel on June 5th.
  Any chance anyone can help me expedite the process so I could have the unit shipped out ASAP?
