Hi

I am using the LB as a stand alone unit just to get the video from my quad.
I heard you can increase the range by using a 14db antenna on the ground LB unit.

Is it possible to icrease the transmitted video by connecting a  1W amp to the air unit antenna?

We do not suggest you change the original antenna, since we did not test other antenna, so we are not sure whether they are working fine on our LB, THX

How do you do that ?  Do you use normal radio for aircraft then ?

I use a regular long range UHF radio  for control.
