no licenses required for most countries but always check local/national regulations and rules.  most places have limitations and requirements most of them are broadly the same country to country..  

but dont just trust us, google is your friend, search you local and national regulations and requirements and limitations

A licence is only required for any commercial work where there would be payment or benefit to a business.

As a hobby, no licence required at the moment, as long as you stick to the basic rules:-
