Anyone else see this flicker effect happening in this video ?

I have tried all different settings and seems to be happening in all the videos I have shot.  We just bought this at best buy and could still return it.  Did we get a lemon, am I doing something wrong or am I just going crazy?

I found a good video that explains the phenomenon and a solution using noise reduction in your editing software, hope this helps!

Thank you for all the responses.  I am trying to work with this video and see if it is part of the issues I am dealing with.  

OK, here is another video that is really demonstrating this issue big time, see it in the bushes especially.  Anyone recognize this issue as standard with MP or should I take this back and get a new one?

My wife says I'm blind anyway, but I missed the flicker.

Bought denoiser 3 with the teacher discount, same price as neat video and seems a bit better in testing. Should be able to shoot night video now. Water is the other thing the mavic struggles with. You get a creeping block of pixels.

Having a similar issue and searched the forums not nothing solid on the fix, unless I've missed it?

Clip 1 (first local test) @ 1:22 on the left over the green areas / bush:
Clip 2 (seen better here) @ 7 seconds in also mainly around the green areas / bush:


For the most part, I can see it seems to appear when the drone/camera is facing more of the sun. Any ideas?

Both are just the out of box settings, 4K @ 30 FPS.
