Someone who knows the native ISO of the camera.....   adapting ISO at this level perhaps would help for cleaner video.

I was wondering the same thing. I'm guessing it's 100, as is with Canons, but I'd like to know as well. If you do find out, please let me know and I'll do the same.

The native IOS of X4S and X5S is 500.

I get best results at ISO 100 & 200

Curious about the ISO 500 as I think the X4S goes 100, 200, 400, 800, ..., etc.  I didn't see an ISO 500 in the settings this AM unless my fingers didn't trigger the scale right.  Maybe the Still and Video have different ISO scales too as I didn't look for that as it was in the air?
