DJI Care Refresh-if I dont update is it still valid?

Hi,

I have DJI Care refresh.

But for reasons I am not going to get into in this thread, for the moment at least, I won't be upgrading my DJI app or firmware.

Is my DJI Care Refresh still valid if I am not running the latest firmware and APP???

That will not be a concern, DJI care Refresh is bound up with serial number of your drone, APP and firmware version will not effect the care.
