I can't seem to get a clear picture.  I touch on the subject to get focus, shoot in RAW, but nothing is ever sharp.  Frame captures from the 4k video is sharper than stills.  I see other people post pictures that look clear.  Any advice or comments?  If most are getting nice sharp stills, then maybe I need to look at a return?  Please give me some feedback.  Thank you.

Sounds like a Return, for Refund Never exchange since you just get a Refurbished junk drone, Or Try a Full Factory Refresh before that.

If you're using JPEG then try RAW instead and see if there's an improvement.

Some sample pics would help us help you. My guess is that you are using a RAW viewer that doesn't have any sharpening applied, while your video likely has 20% or so sharpening applied.

To the OP, if you want feedback then you need to post some unedited photos and list the settings used.
Without that information its impossible to help you...
