Here is a background of my current and I have engaged DJI support. I will write a review of the whole process. Overall Cristian who I have worked with have been super helpful. I did have a question on how to fill out repair form if someone from DJI can help. I was not able to reach Cristian to answer my questions.

1) What do I enter for the "Return Parts" section? Do I just write Mavic Controller?
2) Where is the SN for the controller? I see a few serial numbers at the back but I am not sure which one is the unique serial number.

1) I assume is: Mavic Controller model GL200A
2) The one in the white lavel (and QR code)

Hey man hope you get it back soon, if you go to your app flight screen 3 dots scroll down to about and you RC S/N is in there you will need to turn your AC on.
And inventory list just RC.

Thanks! Yes I hope I get it back asap as well. I am going to miss it. I love my Mavic. I guess now is a good time to try out the Wifi functions.
