just thought it would be fun to share and create a thread of photos or videos of where we are located....taken from the vanatge point of our favorite inspire!!!
we are a diverse community of likeminded pilots(!) it would be great to see where we come from...

I start with a photo of the Acropolis of Athens taken very early on a stormy saturday morning....oh what the inspire...inspires me to do!
as well as a stiched panoramic of Athens taken 120 meters over Lykavittos hill looking towards the sea...the inspire works wonders on panoramics...!

Hi, nice shots, not been that impressed with first test shots from the inspire, any tips on how to get the best from the Inspire camera when shooting  stills.

Regarding the quality of the shots I would say that you either need to fiddle with the wheel changing the auto setting to some EV that may be more appropriate for the given shot ( you have live view on yor screen so you can see) and / or work a bit ( contrast and the like ) in lightroom.

I will definitely post a pic when/ if my inspire ever comes!

Arunmehta, that pic is beautiful I just love the reflected colours from the sunset on the trees against the snow and the houses, looks like a winter wonderland postcard. It's amazing the quality from the video frame grabs! BTW lovely house you live in mate Great pano's by Gareth and al2sar as well.... keep on creating gentleman!

I took 4x photos on the Quad, then imported them into Lightroom to edit. Then stitched them in Photoshop as Panorama.
Let me know if you require more details

The result is great... rarely seen with pano-assisted software.

Great pictures and a little jealous at where you guys live!  Now I did travel the world with the U.S. Navy Submarine Force for 24 years, but now in retirement live in the middle of nowhere Indiana on a farm...so instead of beautiful exotic landscapes...I bring you my farm and corn/soybean fields for as far as the eye...or should I say the Inspire 1 can see!  

This is pretty much the scene I have had since I got the Inspire...so waiting for spring!

Great stuff everyone! I have to find a better place to fly my quad given the unusual behaviour it has displayed. That is the down side of living in central BC, Canada. We have trees.... And mountains with trees, and lakes surrounded by trees. My return to home height needs to be 250 feet on flattish ground to ensure a safe ish return. Lest ye smack a mountain! I will post pictures soon
