Thanks. Actually on my Osmomobile İ can't have active track function recently. That why I look for the manual

May I know which mobile device you are using? How about other functions except Active Track?

I resolved the prob. It is iPhone 6s. Because the screen rotate was locked it was not functioning.Now its ok. Thanks for your interest.
