I am pretty sure that CS is a cut and paste operation.   They have ZERO access to any information about ACTUAL shipping times.  I have always had the belief that they are on a script and are instructed to adhere to that.   I have no proof, but this does appear to be the case.

it maybe a bit like that, but i have used them on occasions and there information has been excellent.

I got an order confirmation directly from DJI this morning, that the DJI Spark Fly More Combo (Arctic White) and micro SD Card had shipped, along with the Fed Ex Shipping tracking number - HAD SHIPPED TODAY!  My order was placed - Order Time: 2017-05-24 17:04:02 (UTC) .  I'm so excited to get my hands on it and start using it.  Thanks DJI!

Not good, I need to have surgery to repair a tear in the cushion in the center of my knee. The good thing is I can get around good enough to go fishing, flying my collection of quads and ride the lawn mower.

I think you might get word next 24 hours, I purchased 24/06. 16.04 , no email yet but I'm expecting it soon .

Just for laughs I asked  DJI sales support via chat and they are still saying that all combo's are shipping on the 30th, but he said mine is shipping the 28th , 2 days earlier? Oh wow... red flymore Combo ordered 16:00UTC on May 24th. He said only the Flyless are shipping by the 15th and I told him some combo's already shipped to USA and Canada today... of course no response. Conclusion.... as everyone has already arrived at... they don't have a clue and personally I think they are Bots that are answering the Sales chats. Proof ... they say hello  very quickly .. I mean almost immediately when the chat window opens; try asking for a shipment date for your order, then say "sorry , Hi" (I'm from Canada and forgot to say Hi before requesting for something!) ; they respond with Hello ... then nothing.. I had to ask for the shipping date for my order again and the BOT kicked in again.  Well got to have some fun  while I wait for mine in Canada. End of my theory

Im in Canada order n the 24th at 15hr sky blue fly more and nothing yet! Congrats on getting the shipping cofirmed. how long did they say it would take to get to Canada? Using fedex?

Holy smokes, got my tracking number for a lava red combo. Woohoo. Looks like DJI is getting their act together.

I got a notice that the order shipped.  When I opened up the order to see when to expect delivery I noticed that the Spark and rest of the Fly More Combo was listed as "will come later".  I investigated the tracking number and discovered it's only a partial shipment of the ND filters; nothing else.
That one piece is scheduled to arrive on the 19th.  DJI got my hopes up and then dashed them...  :-(

Just got an email that my Fly More (Sky Blue) shipped today, with an estimated delivery of 6/19.  I'm in California, USA.  Can't wait!

Sweet! Its on its way. Arriving sooner than the expected June 19th date.

Had a dispatch for my fly more alpine white yesterday! Should be arriving Monday the 19th! In the UK ordered on the 25/05. Excited!

Just got my tracking number - estimated delivery is 6/21.  FYI when I spoke with CS on Wednesday they swore that the shipment cutoff was 05/25/2017 17:00EST - if your payment cleared after that date and time you were in the second batch of shipments expected to ship June 30 - clearly, they were wrong.  My payment cleared at 05/25/2017 17:03 EST

I ordered my combo on 06/29 at just asked the CS in the chat. My order will be shipped on or before 06/30. My trip to Italy starts at 07/03 .. fingers cross.
