Can anyone tell which is the memory card to use with the inspire? Am i right in saying the Micro SD San Disk Extreme Pro with 90meg/sec the one to go for, or can you get away with a slower write speed.

Not if you want to use the 4K capability with confidence.

You can use any microSD card that is Class 10 and is UHS-1 certified. I use the original card + I bought a SanDisk MicroSDHC 32GB Extreme UHS-3 GoPro edition - Costed me 24 euros for 32GB - around 25$.
