Hey there,

My first post! I'm happy! Back to the topic. I want to buy some ND filters (or should I buy ND/PL filters?)... I see three main brands:

Polar Pro
Pros
Seems to be the best quality (durability, lightweight)
All reviews (especially on Amazon) are off the chart
Can be put on the gimbal before calibration

Cons:
Slow shipping, not available on Amazon Prime)

Neewer
Pros:
Fast shipping (available on Amazon Prime)
Nice bundle of 3

Cons:
Bad reviews on Amazon

Freewell
Pros:
Good price
Fast shipping

Cons:
Less reviews

What do you suggest?

Just bought Polar Pro 6 pack (includes 3 PL and 3 Normal ND) off Amazon and had them shipped same day.  Arriving UPS tomorrow and they came Amazon Prime.

Ditto, except I purchased mine in March.

I shoot a lot in bright sunlight, over water.  If you could only afford 1 filter what would you get?  I'm leaning toward the Polar Pro  ND32/PL.

The TACO-RC filters also get good reviews. I bought their 5 pack from Amazon and they seem to be very good. The Polar Pros are also very good from what I hear and also come very highly recommended.

Based on the results of this poll, it appears that almost as many people are happy with the Taco-RC filters as with the Polar Pros. I own and use the Tacos myself and have been very happy with them, though they don't currently offer polarized (PL) filters.

Honestly I don't think you'll be disappointed with any of the major brands, though I would have to recommend against the DJI filters because they have a reputation for breaking easily. I actually own a set of those too but I stopped using them because even before I saw those reports of them breaking they seemed a bit too flimsy to me.

PGYTECH here, they do work very well for me. I am no professional, but maybe someone with much more experience might be able to tell you more about them.

The PolarPro Cenima Series are top of the line, the only thing better than their filters is their lifetime warranty and customer support. I'd recommend getting the 6-pack to cover all the bases.

Polar Pro shipping is LIGHTING FAST and a Excellent company to do business with and yes , they make the best filter lens for the Dji Pro drones. !I use there UV lens, Stardard ND lens and there polarized ND4/PL, ND8/PL and there ND16/PL / Cinema Series Vivid Collection for those Oceanscape shots.

there are multiple threads on here with me saying my very cheap Neewer filters work good enough and dont see a need to spend triple the price on Polar Pros.......until i bought Polar Pro polarized filters. A world of difference and from that day forward my photos were better. Worth every penny

So, I have the PolarPro for my Mavic2 zoom... but why don’t any of the companies make a graduated filter for the zoom.... yes I want to use it on widest angle to capture 1/3 sky 2/3 ground.. I want to be able to bring the exposure to match the ground metering.

It's a bit difficult as you can't rely on reviews on amazon. Some [many] of them are by complete idiots.  This is a general observation of Amazon reviews.
So look at reviews on youtube by professional/commercial  Drone operators.   You can get far more of a feel for the person doing the review (and usually see the results)

Then think about what use you need the filters for.

Then work out how many filters you need and how much you want/need to spend.

Then decide if it is quality over price.
(and if you need to buy them all at once.)

Unless you are 12 years old it should not matter if delivery is 24 hours or 14 days.

For the Record I went with Polar Pro set of 6, ND4/8/16 and the +PL set.   I need the quality

The difference in quality between Polar pro and Freewell is so small that I`ll go for the Freewell. BTW I own both brands.

I use DJI ND's but have used polar pro in the past. PP are better quality but DJI do the job for less but not to the extent that they are cheap and ruin footage.
