Is the Matrice 200 upgradeable to the specs of the 210 or 210 RTK or the 210 to 210 RTK with aftermarket OEM parts?

It is never advisable to upgrade with aftermarket OEM parts. You would not be able to upgrade your Matrice 200 as such.

By aftermarket OEM parts I mean parts made and sold by DJI.  With the other matrice series you can add features and build it to your needs.  I was curious as to if the 200 was similar where I could add the dual gimbal mount  or the RTK module and at a later date.

I don't think you can.

I think it is impossible. If that can be done, they will not release 3 versions.

I've been told directly that like mentioned above, they wouldn't have 3 versions if two of them were upgradable. Take for example the M210; if you wanted RTK, you'd need the entire RTK system, all the necessary wires to connect it up, the M210 RTK casing, brackets, etc. Doing this would certainly void it's warranty too. Each M200/210 series is built to comply with the IP rating.

It would be a smart move to make the M200 quadcopter upgradable through DJI after care parts and accessories. As a Company grows, so may their needs. If the product is not upgradeable it may force a consumer to make a different manufacturer purchase decision.
Just as the M600 is upgradable to the M600 pro, the M200 should be able to later upgrade to the M210 configuration. If this is not going to be upgradable by design, one may want to go the M600 Pro route from the start.

200 to 210 difficult due to expansion ports of 210. 210 to RTK doable but DJI say it will degrade IP43 rating.

DJI is now coming out With Version 2 of the Matrice 200 series and a new version of the Cendence controller. Cendence S.

So no, nothing is upgradable.
