It seems like the problems of early this year have returned. I've tried several times to log into dji Assisant 2 and it keeps telling me my password is wrong. I've changed my password a couple of times and I can long on to dji accounts by the Assistant 2 still doesn't recognize it. Is it down or what?
You must be using a Mac. I had the same problem so I finally got my wife's HP Laptop and used it. Some issue with the Apple version that they need to fix.
I went to a Mac Pro and downloaded the latest Assistant 2 software for Mac and installed it. Finally it took my password and allowed me to update my Phantom 4's firmware.
