After complaining about the huge nightmare my first experience with service turned out to be. I think it's only fair to compliment them when the come in quicker than expected and without out any hassles.
My gimbal died again and service received it Monday and as of today it is done and ready to ship back.
Thank you for the quick turn around this time, this is the type of service we all expect a company like DJI.

Let's hope this is gonna be a structural improvement.
