I got this message before takeoff today, "aircraft settings updated to comply with national regulations". I have auto updates turned off and have chosen to not update firmware. I'm on DJI GO 4.0.8 and the .400 firmware. After getting this message, OA randomly stops me mid flight when nothing is in front of me.

DJI can you please tell me what was updated? I am not in a new country, and the last 10 flights were fine. After seeing this message OA is seriously stopping me mid flight when there are no obstacles. Never had that happen before. It was flying just fine before.

I would like to know what was updated or changed. DJI can you advise?

I assume it's NFZ database update, which I'd have no issues with, I just don't like having  things update when I've turned all that off.

DJI reps ... simple but accurate answer pls??

"OA randomly stops me mid flight when nothing is in front of me."
Do not fly aganst the sun. Or turn off front obstacle avoidance sensors. They can interpret the sun as an obstacle.

Sun was not in the air. I was flying over water I. The opposite direction of where the sun had set 20 mins prior. I'm guessing mosquito

Did you had cellular reception (3g/4g) turned on?
Or was it on airplane mode?

Read another post sounds related to.  Perhaps it too is a DJI server issue.

I have had this message  when I was on 0600 ,  it just means your App is set up for the country you are flying in. I.e. If you try to set your height higher than your country's regulated height you will be asked the question , are you ok with this and you have a choice to say yes or no, so. Responsibility for setting a higher altitude is yours as it should be, your OA warning has nothing to do with this.

I presume if you move to another country you will receive same warning.
