Hello pilots. I'm trying to log in to DJI assistant 2 for the first time, but it doesn't recognize my account. Any suggestions? It seems that I am not the first one with this problem..
I need to activate my ProRes license key.

I have seen some chatter about the DJI servers are temporarily down causing some trouble. I have not checked this out myself. But there has been some activation issues from the Go App too

After sign up, you had to activate your account by clicking the link which already has come in the email. If you have not received any Activation mail. then you should check spam folder as well for activation.
You can contact Gmail Customer Support for this issue. Their technician always ready to solve any problem which occurs in the email.
