My airframe shipped and is due to arrive today.

I received a "REPAIR COMPLETE"  notice on 6/1 for my x5s...but it has not shipped.

I called support, they told me there is a shortage of X5Ss, and that is why I have been delayed.  

I am perplexed by the contradiction....has my X5S been repaired as I have been told....or is it being replaced as I have been told?

Thomas, sincerely sorry for the delay and the confusion you have been caused. Just checked your case , this unit is severely broken and un-repairable, so it is being replaced. I've informed our appropriate team to take care of it , we will escalate this case and do our best to ship it out ASAP. Appreciate your patience.
