I'm writing to request your help, could you please help me contacting DJI, since I want to clarify that the address of my hotel is 240 O'farrell Street, San Francisco california, 94102, my order number is  0018905891410.

By mistake, I put #40 instead of #240 (which is the correct one)

I've already called Fedex to request them to please change and amend the address but they told me that this request shall be made directly by DJI, so would yo please help me making this change in order I"ll be able to get my drone?

I've sent several emails to DJI online service, having no response!

Could you please help me amend my mistake, and send it to the correct address?

Arturo, I've confirmed with our sales department, since this order has been shipped out, we are unable to change the address,  would you mind to pick up the drone from the local facility of Fedex?  Otherwise, it will be sent back to us , then this order will be refunded.

Hi, thanks for your comments, I would be a le to pick it up at a Fedex Location, however I've talked to Fedex to request this, and they told me that in order to be able to pick it up in a Fedex Location, DJI team shall mandatorily communicate with Fedex and change the current delivery, in order to authorize me to pick it up at a Fedex location. They were very clear and highlight me, that if DJI do not call and expressly amend the address or authorize me to pick it up at a Fedex location, they would not be able to allow me to pick the drone at a fedex location and the order will be returned to you.

They told me is very easy from your side to make this change, would you be able to help me with this?

Arturo, I've informed our sales team to deal with it so you can pick it up in the local facility of Fedex.

Hi DJI - I sent a request to update my address for shipping and wanted to make sure it was seen. The order number is  0019138637390 And the Support ticket request is 1053947.
It should be 927 N Noble St. Apt 1. Chicago, IL 60642.
