Il software DJI+Assistente 2  - 2.1.21 non comunica con il mini 3 pro e il con  il controller RC.
Sapreste darmi qualche possibile soluzione?

Il software si blocca, senza nessun messaggio di errore.

Sembra un problema di incompatibilità con il tuo PC. L'hai disinstallato e poi scaricato di nuovo per assicurarti che il download sia andato bene? A volte puoi ottenere un download non valido.

Ho installato e disinstallato diverse volte il software.
Qualcuno mi ha suggerito: non sono installati i driver .
Gli ho installati singolarmente. Ho cambiato cavi.
Facendo varie prove.
O reinstallato tutto diverse volte ma senza nesuun risultato positivo.
Anni fa con la versione per il Mavic Mini funzionava.
Ora con la versione per il Mini 3 pro non funziona più.
Non ho parole.
Comunque grazie per l'interessamento.
La DJI nei momenti topici, spesso, viene a mancare.

Hi there, could you please tell us the system information of your computer? If it failed to detect aircraft after installing DJI Assistant 2 on a Windows computer, please try the suggestion below:
1) Unplug and plug in the USB cable or use another USB cable. --> In WIN7 or a later system, turn off the antivirus program on the computer. Reinstall DJI Assistant 2. --> Manually re-install the driver.
2) Right click “My Computer” --> “Administration” --> Select “Device Manager”, and check the drivers that should be installed in Windows.

Hi, there. You can follow these suggestions:
1. Make sure to download the correct DJI Assistant 2 software. https://www.dji.com/downloads/so ... sumer-drones-series
2. Make sure the connected device(remote controller or drone) is powered on.
3. Reinstall the DJI Assistant 2 software.
4. Turn off the Firewall.
5. Replace the USB cable connected to the unit and PC. （for those pc with C port only, please advise the customer to use type-C to type-C rather than OTG+type-C）;
6. Install the driver manually, here are the steps: (This step is only for Win.)
① Unplug and plug in the USB cable or use another USB cable. --> In WIN7 or a later system, turn off the antivirus program on the computer. Reinstall DJI Assistant 2. --> Manually re-install the driver.
② Right-click “My Computer” --> “Administration” --> Select “Device Manager”, and check the drivers that should be installed in Windows (as shown in the figure).

7. Please replace the computer if possible.
