My new gimbal has the level issue! It’s not level about 1-1.2 degree! I try horizon Calibration but i see when it start Calibration, it level at the balance center, but when complete 100% it start not level again? I just manual tune , i’ve returned to DJI and receive a new Gimbal Body but still have the issue! Is it issue from firmware? Because it cause when panning it still not level, i must face with this problem, i’m not happy with the price i must pay for this, i love the RS2 because it no had any issues! Maybe my fault is replace the RS2 by the RS3 Pro!

Me too.  Its upsetting DJI has left so many of us with a VERY expensive piece of trash.

It's not leveling, -1-> -0.5 wil leveling when starting, after 1 minutes it will level, horizon calibrate does not work.

Me too.  I cant figure it out.  Not happy.

We need a firmware to RS3 Mini too, My unit is full of errors, only error 1009 appears, the roll axis does not work correctly at all, when turning on the pan it is always displaced a few degrees to the left

So you finally made the M button become useful with the C1 functionality. But that does not translate into the remote handle. Can we get an update for the handle to do the same thing?

The update keeps failing with a TIMEOUT error somewhere between 10% and 60%
It says to move the phone closer, LOL, that physically can not happen.
I've put the phone on, under, next to, resting on the phone etc
I have turned off as many wifi and radio devices that I know ofThe ronin app is Android 1.6.4
The gimbal is on 1.0.2
Any other ideas?

how did you make this work? the c1 button on my A7SII does not react if I press the M button.
I already assignet the "m button" to "c1/fn..." on the gimbal

Hi everyone. Does the old rs2 focus motor work with lidar? The app keep saying me that the firmware is too old but cant upgrade it.

The Sony A7RV support was very helpful and working well.  I use the camera's AF since it's so good and the focus wheel for zoom motor.  
My only complaint for the Zoom is:

1.  Can't slow it down enough even when I adjust values ... typically any zooming while on gimbal is minor but needs to happen slowly!
2.  Hitting zoom stops on the lens will trigger gear jump and camera motion.  Can't find any seamless ring gears that work with the DJI RS3 focus/zoom motor?

I have the same issue

After activating new rs3 pro the roll motor won’t unlock at all, does anyone have this issue? So I can’t power up and can’t even put my camera on a gimbal
