I am wondering if in the mew phantom 3 flying in the wind would the legs get in the way of the photos and video??

Probably not, cause the camera have allot smaller fov than a Gopro

Y las propelas cuando vuelas hacia adelante, eso es una de las cosas que mas me molesta del phantom, ya que una buena toma se puede dañar por las propelas!

+1 in GP4 does..

I've not noticed the legs and propeller shadow is eliminated with ND filters.

The legs are stationary and out of the field of view. However, it is possible to bring the camera high enough to see a bit of the props and guards if you are using them. Overall, it is not a concern, just keep an eye on the display and adjust accordingly.

why are you flying is so much wind? Its unsafe

if its that important, get an inspire1.

as for props appearing in shots, dont fly so hard and fast or if you need to , fly backwards, the tilt is obviously in your favour that way.
