Hi everyone, I own an Osmo Mobile 2 and an Osmo Mobile 4. I bought the 4 for battery life and because it was newer, but it performs very poorly compared to the 2. As a phone I use a Huawei P30 Pro, while on the Mobile 2 I have no problems whatsoever with stabilization, with the 4 instead I have a constant shake. The phone is fixed correctly following the instructions in the manual, but it seems that the central block of the Osmo "gives" to the weight and therefore makes continuous axis corrections. How can this problem be corrected or does it perhaps depend on the fact that the 4 has only a central hooking system, with respect to the telephone, and the base is "free"?
