THE NEWLY PURCHASED DJI OM 4 DIDN'T GET POWER ON. PLEASE HELP ME ASAP I CANT MAKE ANY TYPE OF VIDEO DUE TO MY OSMO DINT GETTING POWER ON.

Hello there ray001. I am sorry for the trouble this has caused and thank you for reaching out. Kindly please try to charge your DJI OM 4 for about 2.5 hours using a suggested charger ( Measured with a 10W charger ) and please try to power on your DJI OM 4 by pressing and hold the M Button until it beeps once to power on the said DJI Gimbal and to see if the issue will persist. If the issue persist kindly please post a short sample video showing the said issue for us to be able to assist you further. Thank you.
