Hi all, I have a really old phone, a samsung Galaxy S7 which I love and and am not really planning to buy a new one until it breaks (yes, I'm cheap!). I know the Ronin RS3 needs to be activated and I can use my daughter's newer phone to do this. My question is, after it's activated, can I use all it's basic functions without having the app connected?, could I operate focus on a Panasonic S5 via bluetooth for example? What can't I do? I can't find much detailed info about this.

You don’t need ronin app to operate rs3 it works good without it. And also would recommend to upgrade phone
