I've updated everything and noticed that I still don't get any cache on videos and photos on the smart controller album.
does this have a fix?

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. We do apologize for the inconvenience caused. If you want the cached video stored on the Smart Controller or on the SD card, please click "Export" in the lower right corner to export to the mobile phone system album (DJI Album). Then find the cached video on the below path: (If you didn't export it manually, the relevant path will not have the cached video.)
1. Internal Shared Storage: Smart Controller/Internal shared storage/DCIM/DJI Album;
2. SD Card: Smart Controller/SD_CARD/DCIM/DJI Album.


In addition, we don't have a cache photo function, if you need cache photos, please download it using the app. Please note that the video cache will be displayed when the aircraft is not connected. Hope this helps. Thank you.  

OK thats a turnaround, but you guys could stop messing with things that already works.
