Hi

The lowest resolution available on the Action 3, is 1080p.
Can you please consider, in your next firmware release, to also support 720p?

While there are people who will always use the highest resolution, and would not use 1080p (or 720p),
there are other people who would really benefit from 720p,
especially people who upload their videos to websites on the internet, and don't need a really high resolution.

Adding support for 720p does not require any hardware change or addition,
just firmware support.

And 720p is still a High Definition resolution..

So If you guys can consider it, it would be great,
and really useful for people.

Thank you very much

Livestream supports 720P, but agree rather have 720P so if the camera overheats I can drop down and use the camera to its fullest.   Add 720P like the Action 1 had

Use HandBrake (or whatever else you have) to convert your 1080 to 720. Done.

Also, you kind of contradicting yourself. You want higher bitrate for quality but you also want 720p. Chances are 720p will be half (or close to half) the bitrate of 1080p so you will end up with even worse quality.

BTW... you already have 720p footage on the camera. Rename the corresponding LRF file to MP4 and there's your 10Mbit 720p version of the video.
