How do I change file output from .mp4 to mov  thanks. I've watched youtube videos and none show this. I did it on my action 1 but can't figure it out on action 3

you need a file converter, osmo action 3 has no mov output
for Android try Video Converter app

On a Win 11 by Pc follow what I did and you do not need  converters. but we did not know if you wanted  Mobile or desktop instructions and for what systems

Hi there. Thank you for reaching out. The DJI Osmo Action 3 supports a video format of MP4 (H.264/HEVC) only. You may use converters to convert the MP4 to MOV. Thank you for your understanding and support.

As you see in the video you have the latest container HEVC/MP4, and H264/MP4, the .MOV QuickTime format is not offered. DJI can not say that.
