Comprei um drone DJI Mavic Air 1 homologado pela ANATEL de fábrica porem a homologação está suspensa, NÃO têm o software em português descasos da DJI com o mercado brasileiro e NÃO consigo mudar o nome da aeronave do antigo dono e colocar o meu nome no drone.Já fiz isso no DJI GO 4 e não troca nos registros de voo e nem no aplicativo de registro e mesmo me mostrando o novo nome quando voo e baixo os dados de registro de voo continua com o nome antigo e NÃO sei como resolver e se isso é um erro de implementação do aplicativo com o firmware do drone.

Isso não ocorreu e continua gerando com o nome antigo.

Isso pode ser visto quando se envia o log de voo para o site https://www.phantomhelp.com/LogViewer/upload/ e para o AirData também continua com p nome antigo.

Isso parece ser erro de implementação ou programação.

Quando vai sair a versão oficial em português do DJI Go 4?

Se eu soubese destes descasos antes NÃO teria comprado desta marca, um produto caro com várias falhas na implementação e descaso com usuários em não ter o aplicativo na lingla nativa e NÃO se poder trocar no medo da aeronave no registro quando a mesma é revendida.

Cadê uma solução, compramos uma coisa cara que não é como descrito e um aplicativo de celular que NÃO têm TODOS os idiomas e nem muda o nome da aeronave nos log's e NINGUEM faz NADA para resolver esse problema, mas lansar novos drones caros sabem fazer agora resolver os problemas NÃO sabem.

Complicado em....
Não consigo mudar o nome do meu drone, NÃO tenho o software em português e a DJI nada vaz já que recebeu o valor pago pelo produto e já o tirou de linha e dánisse os problemas ocultos que a DJI já deveria ter o conhecimento e ficou enrolando por meses e meses até o mesmo sair de linha e não ter mais o suporte e danisse os problemas ocultos que a DJI SEMPRE escondeu.

até agora não descobriram como eu troco o nome do meu drone e o mesmo aparece nos atuais registros de voo?
Já tiveramn tempo mais que suficiente para achar uma resposta em DJI....
