The FC40 is no longer in production. If you want one you must search retailers or on-line for one

Ya Woodyonboard.ya is right the remote is 5.8 ghz but its the 1.1.1 same as the FC40 jump on ebay youll find one

I think the FC40 is still in production.  I just purchased one from the DJI website for $499 and got it in 4 days.  I just got it three days ago.  When searching for the FC40 at retailers, the cheapest I have seen it (without being sold out), is $649 and most retailers are asking $749.  So I got it from the DJI site.  Just go to www.dji.com, then click on the Store link.  The FC40 will not be there, but if you put "FC40 in the search box, it will take you to a page where you can see all the FC40 options.  The link to the actual page where you can purchase the FC40 is https://store.dji.com/product/phantom-fc40-stack-social  (at least for the US site)
