On my P4P after several flights the gimbal doesnt make any up and down movements anymore. He doesnt also do the up and down dance at start up.
I tried already to downgrade to the previous and to the first firmware.
But at Dji Assistent it downloads the firmware and then get stucked at 100%.
I also tried to reset the copter without any success.
Is there any known solution how to downgrade or reset the copter.

I suggest you read this thread, and if this sounds like the problem you had, do what I reported there. I was able to fix mine without having to send it to DJI for repairs.

I know you said you already downgraded the firmware and that didn't work...did you happen to change your SD card lately to a card that is slower than what DJI recommends? Again, read that thread.

My problem is that I can't downgrade the firmware now.
It downloads the firmware until 100% then nothing happens.
I tried also to do a factory reset nothing happens.
I tried with different memory cards and without causing
cards and without memory cards with the dji assistant.
So no chance to fix the gimbal issue...

"100%" is another word for "complete." ;-)

What happens when you detach your drone from DJI Assistant, restart your device and plug back in to DJI-A? Which firmware does it show that your drone is running in DJI-A under that menu?

It shows the latest firmware version

Hmm....I sorta remember the downgrade completion being a little awkward too, like "OK, what do I do next? Is it still working on something or is it waiting for me to click something?" I don't recall exactly how I got the downgrade to "take" but I remember attempting to downgrade a couple times, each time with me clicking a different button at the 100% mark...like trying the BACK button, not clicking anything and just disconnecting, restarting, etc. I guess I just stumbled into the correct post-downgrade procedure.

I have the same situation, I upgraded to V 01.01.0203 and I have not works the camera gimbal , trying to roll back through assistance 2 writes 100% immediately and everything, was trying to wait for 30-40 min does not help, and the last the same 100% and hangs. Tried using a flash drive doesn't help either, I don't know what to do...

I tried also many different things.
Waited for 29 to 30 minutes
Then rebooted the copter, disconnected etc.
No success.
I contacted DJI they just told me to send it in for repair.
That's big help because.  I am in the Philippines in vacation :-(

By the way. The gimbal problem started after I had a failure reading the memory card.

The download completes but it not starts transmitting to the copter.
