Hi,

Last week we've received our DJI Ronin and we went outside to give it a couple of tests.
Looking at the footage of the testshoots we discovered there is some sort of shaking from left / right:

All shots are done at 50 / 70 mm.

Earlier this year we rented a DJI Ronin and didn't have any problems with it, all those shots were really smooth (same camera, same focal lenghts).

Any ideas regarding this problem?

I wrote to you on facebook as well, i have the same problem, the video wobble is horrible...

can you get yours balanced in briefcase mode?i cant on mine, i starting to think that some ronins have axle misalignment issues. I have a severe roll drift on mine as well,  and squeaking sounds coming from the motors.

I dont have a single dji gimbal working at the moment, my zenmuse z15 gh4 is in china since december and now the ronin is going to germany for repair. Great work DJI

Here is the assistant 1.2: Ronin installer v1.2, But necessary, send an email to support@dji.com with the serial number of your ronin, that they authorize the "Downgrade firm 2.1 with Assitant 1.2"
