I have to say though that I am disappointed with online & phone support from DJI. First I called support and the person that I spoke to confirmed that the software was current for the RC. She then tried to tell me everything was ok and there was no update. When I tried to tell her that the RC still did not connect to the PC, she told me to take a video of the controller attempting to connect to Assistant 2 and send it in to online support. She said I should hear back in a few weeks? I just bought my MA and haven't even flown it yet. I then went to online support and got basically the same response. It wasn't until I showed the person several threads in the forum indicating that there were numerous people with the same issue that he took my information and set up a case. This is very disappointing support for a $1000 dollar purchase.
I don't understand why the 2 levels of support that I contacted could not have given me the fix like you did. I really hope this is not what is in store for me in the future. |
