Hi, Sorry for the inconvenience. May we have the version of the app that you're using? Would it be possible if you can provide a screenshot of this concern? Please keep us posted for further assistance. Thank you for raising this concern.
Sure. Both my P4P+ drone and the controller are up to date with the latest firmware. Attached are the pictures of my built-in screen.
1) showing a black map in the lower right.
2) showing the map enlarged on the screen and zoomed way out showing the State of Washington.
3) showing zoomed in to working distance and the map is black. No street, no nothing.
4) showing the test map on and it is just blank black. Always blank black.
The offline maps are now on the p4a+ and p4p+ controllers with the new software 4.2.16 for dji go 4 app. You can download the maps at home and have them out in the field the same as the crystalsky. You can rename the area to download but it is a little awkward after each letter press the backspace key to rename your area. I downloaded some maps and it is working fine. i hope you get it working

I had a update yesterday on my plus controller and I noticed you can download maps again. Maybe that's what you need to do?????
DJI Assistant 2 app on my computer? All that lets me to is to reset to factory settings. Nothing about maps. How did you do this?

yes directly from your +controller with wi-fi on. when you turn on the controller you will see 4 icons on the top left of the screen press the one on the right and that will bring you into the maps downloads. You will need the latest software of dji go 4 app which is 4.2.16 to get the maps. there is a video on youtube for the crystalsky monitor which might help you. Good luck. ps i put a link for the video if it works

Hello, It is 2020 and my dji pro plus remote has the map issue as well. When in my home screen, I tap the top far right icon and the map feature is not working. I just updated my remote software too. Does anyone have any suggestions?
