My OSMO+ has worked fine for years. Then I upgraded to v1.7.1.0 and I believe since then it does not any longer record sound. It is really frustrating that apparently the SW upgrade made the device unusable.
I have tried with both internal and external mic - no difference. The sound bar remains flat. Interestingly I always see "EXT" showing up - even if I do not connect the microphone (see attached picture).
Can anyone help or DJI please provide another SW update that fixes the problem? I really loved the device and used it for weddings - would be a shame if this really is the end of it :-(

Is there any solution for the problem with the audio?
not for my osmo at least. i was hoping dji would deliver an update as the update to version 1.7.1 caused this problem in the first place but i start to believe is letting us down ... :-(
