Dear DJI !

I have installed the shortly available Firmware P3X_FW_V01.05.0030.

This Firmaware ist actualy removed from DJI-Website.

What is the Problem ?

Is it advisable to use the old version?

I would not worry ( unless DJI say otherwise ofcourse ).

I saw it just like you did and updated, glad it was not just me that saw/downloadd it .. I have flown it and the P3 looks fine..

If it is truly not legal, you have an illegal firmware in Your P3. Better downgrade...

It' still DJI's IP and distributing someone's software without them wanting it too is a little illegal..

I'm sure it will be back up soon..

We do not know they dont want, we only can suppose that ;) They put it on web, someone downloaded, so now he is illegal...
Yep, i am sure they put new f/w soon. But i like some 'leaks', sometimes may get something interesting this way.

In fact, to be honest, if they removed it frome web in my opinion this could be faulty, so it is truly better to not fly on that and wait for DJI explanation.

Absolutely right!!!
Me too this morning i saw it,but there were no information added about the FW release specifications.
Now back on the site i saw disappeared....happy not to have allucinations...

Patrick, just wondering if there is anything wrong with staying at the 1.3.20 firmware, everything is working great where I am at. Thanks for any input.

Hi , the latest firmware of course is the best choice . Anyway , it's all your choice .You can check our release note for that .

I just wondering about not upgrading a FW?
My previous experience with upgrading were not so happy,performance form 1.1.9 to 1.3.20 were in my case a downgrade of the video transmission performance and lot of problem in updating process...
Now after a crash happened on august,i got back my P3A with 1.4 version that it's ok for me.
So..if one found out the right "formula" on a particular FW is it mandatory to up-date?
The P3 fly well also with the warning of up-to date the FW on DJI go app?

My bet is that they simply mis-named the bin file and need to correct that.  Looking inside the 1.05 bin file you find the string "v1.5" several places, but not one occurrence of "1.05" is found.

Probably will re-release as v1.5.0030 today or tomorrow.

It is already released and here is the "changelog" from the manual:

1. All-in-One Firmware Updated to：v1.5.0030
2. DJI GO app for iOS Updated to：v2.4.2
3. DJI GO app for Android Updated to：v2.4.1
New Features：
1. Added 2.7K resolution for video recording.
2. Optimized Waypoint feature.
Notes：
1. The firmware can be downgraded to v1.4.10 or later only.
2. Video recording in 2.7K is only available in the Android version of the DJI GO
app at the moment. Support for the iOS version is coming soon.
