I have the same Issue I have found some things that might help "Alleviate" the Problem, Make sure the Battery Firmware has been updated (using Phantom Firmware update to update Battery Firmware) also I have realized you have more of a chance of the Osmo powering on and staying on if your battery is at a 95% Charge instead of a Full Charge, Put it into your phantom and run it until a 95% Charge is registered, or leave it sit for about 2 days, or when charging Charge until all Lights are lighting up instead of the lights powering off (indicating a Full charge) Remember to leave the battery rest before using and to follow all proper battery maintenance Instructions... Like I said this has Alleviated the problem for me, where in there is still a problem, but more Often than Not, my Osmo stays Powered on.
