In my very new experience with DJI, it is sad that I am seeing a repeating pattern of very poor customer service and substandard communication. This is not the sort of thing that attracts new business, and will be their downfall in the end unless they acknowledge and make some changes.
From my new introduction to DJI I have not been overly impressed by the company at all. The innovation is obviously there but their ability to move from development to manufacture is poor, and by the looks of the various issues now seen on delivered Mavics I would strongly question their quality assurance processes, and assume there is very little testing of products prior to shipment.
