J'ai commandé le 25/04/2024 sur DJI Store France une Power 500,  préparée rapidement, puis envoyée par UPS depuis les pays-bas, et j'ai depuis plusieurs jours ce message :

UPS et DJI ne m'ont pas encore apportés de réponse claire.Une enquête est en cours.

Battery = dangerous goods.

The regulations are very strict for their transport. A label or one of the mandatory documents to be missing and the package is blocked until regularization.

Yes, thanks, but it is not their first sending of Power 500.

You're welcome. Hope you understand that the investigation will be within 14 working days because that relies on the courier company’s internal process, we will get back to you asap once we got feedback.
