I'm using a lifthor midgard 7 monitor for my air 2s (privately labeled TRIPLTEK Tablet 7).
I recently changed internet provider (dropped spectrum and picked up t-mobile).
I need to connect/login to the DJI FLY app but the device will not connect to t mobile.
I've tried both 5GHz and 2.4 GHz but keep getting an error that the network is out of of range. (It's two feet away.)
I've rebooted both the router and the device.
Always instantly connected to WiFi with spectrum.
But for some reason I cannot connect to t-mobile wifi..
T-mobile support washed their hands. Said I needed to connect with lifthor.
I've emailed them.
Not being able to login severely restricts my ability to fly.
Any ideas?
TIA.

I use a TriplTek 9 Pro and have no issues with T-Mobille connectivity or using the DJI Fly App.  I don't think the problem is with T-Mobile in your case but probably with a security setting on your tablet.  Hopefully, Lifthor technical support will be able to assist you.

Hi Downtown

I have Tripltek 9 too but have issues with waypoints and thick black line designating route (see pic).

Do you have any similar issues or have you managed to overcome?

Thanks

Wow, those are some thick black lines.  I'm not getting those on my tablet.

Good to know...yep, they're almost as thick as the fairway which makes accurate planning v.difficult!

I just checked using my Samsung Tablet S7 Ultra and I don't get the thick lines on it either so I doubt it is the Fly App creating those thick lines.  I'd probably contact TriplTek Support and see if they can offer any suggestions.

Thanks.

I did contact Tripltek Support and inevitably they are blaming the DJI Fly App.

Oh well!

You got to love that both are pointing the finger of blame at the other party.  I wish I could help but I'm not seeing that issue and have no idea what would be causing it.
