It doesn't make any sense. I also applied on the 13th and nothing was sent yet, while some have received labels. This whole certification process is a mess since the start, looks like DJI are improvising and not handling this in a professional way. I am grateful that they made the effort to certify the drone though but this is getting a bit frustrating.

12.04. Registriert, 29.04. umgesprungen auf versendet. Leider noch nichts da, morgen geht es ab nach Portugal an die Algarve ohne DJI Drohne.

Nachtrag: Soeben habe ich die Zertifizierung bekommen. Ist wie vorher schon gepostet ein PDF Dokument.

@DJI You can take your time. I won't be home until the beginning of September. You didn't do it in 31 days! Poor performance!

I've applied on April 12. Status is still To be Shipped. I know, 30 working days, but how difficult can it be to create a couple of stickers

Yes, you can do this but, of course, after updating the Dji Fly App to the latest version as well as the latest version of the Air2S firmware.

Applied on the 12th, so far nothing. Contacted support last week and according to them it shipped on the 1st of May. I’m located in Switzerland, so maybe customs stuff has held it up. But fingers crossed as I am heading to Greece in a month

Wieso das denn? Nimm sie doch mit und lass Dir die Labels nachsenden, registrieren kannst Du sie auch von dort. Oder ändere die Adresse in der DJI App und lass Dir ein Set Labels nach Portugal schicken. Es gibt Möglichkeiten aber nur vom jammern und wiederholen, wie schlecht DJI ist und dass Du nie wieder einen Copter von denen kaufst, meinst Du das juckt die? Leider nicht.

Ich habe auch am 13. 4. den Antrag gestellt. Leider bis heute keine natwort von DJI! Warum wird diese Art der abwicklung nicht über eine europäische oder die deutsche Filialle von DJI abgewickelt? Statt dessen wartet man nun Woche um Woche auf einen Brief aus China, der um die halbe Welt fliegen muss.
Umweltfreundlich und produktiv ist wirklich anders.
Das Prozedere hätte man besser, schneller und einfcher lösen können.

Wie dem auch sei.
Hallo DJI, wann wird wohl meine Post eintreffen?

My status has also been 'shipped' since 1st May, but I haven't received anything yet. I live in western Germany, not far from the Dutch border. Even the slowest postal service takes a maximum of 4-5 working days from the Netherlands to me. It's been 9 working days since the status change and I still haven't received anything. I don't think the labels are actually sent out on the day of the status change. I think they are packed on that day and shipped later in larger batches, which is why it takes so long.

Ich habe gestern per Chat Kontakt mit DJI aufgenommen. Sie baten mich, die Fotos per Chat zu senden. 10 Minuten später wurde die Drohne C1-zertifiziert.

Ausserdem, ich habe keine Schuld wenn DJI so komisch versendet, und der Post Dienstleister mehr als 13 bis 15 Tage für 350km braucht. Nach 3 Monaten bin ich zu Hause und die Sticker irren immer noch in der Weltgeschichte umher, weil es DJI nicht geschissen bekommt!
Andere Hersteller bauen auch gute Copter. Ich muss nicht überteuerte Produkte von jemanden kaufen, der mich nicht als Kunde respektiert.

Nein, Du hast keine Schuld, wenn die Sticker nicht ankommen aber am Ende des Tages bist DU derjenige, der was möchte. Oder glaubst Du wirklich, es juckt den Hersteller? Du sagtest Algarve, dort gibt es Postämter mit Postfächern usw. Aber hey, das ist deine Sache, ich habe meine Sticker bereits seit dem 3. Mai.

Die kommen aus den Niederlanden, nicht aus China. Soweit ich informiert ist, gehört Holland zu Europa.

I have applied on the 11th of April with #112. Status was changed to shipped but I dont know when but still I have not received the new labels. I'm located in Germany and applied earlier then most here and still nothing in the mailbox.
Edit: DJI says the labels have been shipped 15 days ago and it will take up to 30 days. So this it comes only from the Netherlands talk somehow I dont believe.

Ja, die Postämter gibt es aber welches nehme ich? So ganz genau kenne ich die Route nicht, die bekomme ich morgens beim Briefing genannt. Die Autos haben wir in Faro übernommen, heute sind wir bei Autoeuropa in Setubal bis morgen früh, morgen könnte weiter nördlich gehen nach Monte Godel oder zurück nach Faro oder ganz woanders hin.

Update: Received the stickers yesterday and uploaded pictures in the afternoon. Today registration has been completed.
