I'll have to bear that in mind if i ever end up there. Unfortunately, it is not likely I will travel abroad at the current situation.

Absolutely. We stayed next to the city wall with bunkers from WW1, it was an amazing place where they held a ceremony every night remembering all the thousands and thousands who gave their life.

There were approximately 40,000,000 casualties in WWI. In which half were fatalities. We simply can not comprehend the extent of death and destruction and utter disregard for human life on both sides.
