Hi,
I myself had a lot of problem to get my S10e working with the application then it started to work miraculously.
This morning I updated the application to 1.0.4 and great, nothing works anymore ... Congratulations DJI to test your updates, you are on top !

I was lucky that my s10 with android 10 worked with version 1.0.3
However updating 1.0.4 screwed everything up,  now even ver 1.0.3 does not work anymore.

I dowloaded dji go 4, unistalled the dji fly 1.0.4, found version 1.0.3, installed, then working again... not sure if dji go 4 has anything to do but I did that and now is working.. hope it helps

Hi. I am sorry for the trouble. With regards to this inquiry for the time frame. We don't have that information available, however, rest assured that our R&D team are working on the said issue and once they are done. The DJI Fly application will receive a notification for update. Again, I am sorry for the trouble and thank you for your understanding.

Isn't it no use to send an update prompt to the app, when the app doesn't open?

Hello,
Will this be resolved any time soon? This is ridiculous, it's coming up on a month with no solution in sight.

Apparently the update has now been scheduled for some time in Jan 2020, no eta on actual date for update release?

Can any one share the link to download version 1.0.3? Please. Can't seem to find a secure site.
A downdate seems to be the only way to fly my drone, while the new update is released.

S10 and S10+ running Android 10 is mainly due to processor differences, anyone running the Snapdragon processor this should work just fine it's however the users running the Exynos processor which this is happening to (including myself). In the meantime if you have an older 1.0.3 apk I suggest you uninstall the DJI FLY App for now also go into My Files and remove all traces of the DJI folder then re-install from the APK  , restart your phone and try opening DJI FLY App, if you're still getting white screen then repeat these steps a few times, I hope this helps someone!

Parece que ya somos varios, en mi caso actualice Android 10 en un cel Galaxy Note 10+ y efectivamente, dejo de funcionar la app DJI Fly. Alguien conoce la solución, por favor. Una me imagino es regresar al celular a la veersión Android 9 o esperar la actualización de DJI Fly???

Parece que la bronca es una incompatibilidad con el procesador que traen esos modelos de Samsung. Las opciones que he reunido con este Forum, son:

1. Borrar la versión 1.0.4 de DJI FLY, encontrar la versión anterior (1.0.3) e instalarla y no dejar que se actualice hasta que DJI decida lanzar la siguiente actualización, con la cual prometen funcionará.
2. Conseguir otro móvil que sea compatible para manejar tu dron, en lo que sale la nueva versión.
3. Esperar a que salga la nueva versión y no volar tu dron hasta entonces.

No he encontrado otra alternativa. En mi caso, conseguí que mi hermano me preste un Samsung S7 viejo que tiene arrumbado, para usarlo de mientras . . .

The App started without a fuzz. Will turn auto-update off till next update.

Gracias por el consejo, lo realice borrando la app DJI Fly 1.4 para después bajar e reinstalar de nuevo la ver. 1.3 en mi cel con Android versión 10 y no funciono. Me comento Hatu (youtuber especialista en drones) de Colombia, que la versión 10 de Android es incompatible con las versiones DJI Fly 1.4 y anteriores, por lo que creo que esperare a que DJI actualice la 1.4 para Android 10. Ni modo a esperar...

DJI please fix the issue with app dji fly since after the update i cannot use it.
Its an awesome app and drone but why you cannot address this issue fast.

Today Google Play store get the 1.0.4 Update. At first Start it dosn't run but a few minutes later i try again and..... It works. and it runs on S10.

Ok the second try after flying on my S10 the App won't open

Is it just me or are there some message's missing/deleted?

A mi me pasa algo parecido. Tenía la versión 1.0.3 y me funcionaba pero actualice la aplicación a 1.0.4 y dejó de funcionar, no desinstalando la versión nueva ni nada. Ahora ya no encuentro la versión 1.0.3 para poder probar. Es vergonzoso que esté funcionando y con la actualización deje de funcionar. Conclusión, tengo un drone en el que me he gastado 500€ y no lo puedo utilizar.

Hi, I am sorry for the trouble this has caused. I do apologize that even with the new firmware v1.0.4 that was released recently for the DJI Mavic Mini the issue still persists. With regards to the Samsung S10 compatibility concern, we have communicated with Samsung and verified the cause of the issue and now our DJI R&D department are working hard to test and optimize the DJI Fly application to work with the Samsung S10 that is estimated to be released on late January. Thank you for your understanding and support.

merci pour ces avertissements, j'ai commandé le magic mini hier, dois le recevoir semaine prochaine, je vais immédiatement annuler cette commande et m'orienter vers la concurrence, étonnant que l'on parle si bien de ce drone, s'il est inutilisable!!!!

Some thing happens to me. Version 1.0.4 stop working

Well, now I see support is telling that the update is coming late January))

Bought my brand new mavic mini today. Having the same issue on my Samsung S10+.

Reached out to online support Jan 6 and was told that the update is coming in the mid of January. This is a total mess. Ruined holidays. I've never experienced such a mistreat from such a brand.

Can dji please get this app sorted ...I've been grounded for over a week now it's not fair on the android users to have to wait to use there drones... alot of money sitting doing nothing

Seems worst App on GooglePlay, rating 1,7 and dropping down. What a SHAME!

DJI how much we have to wait for de update? Is really annoying not having a quick solution. We know that you have to attend a lot of things, but this is affecting to all the consumers that attracted whit this amazing drone. Is such a bad thig thas this happend,condidering that for a experiment developer this kind of issues can't take more than a week to correct it. At least could you compromise with us an tell us a date to deliver the ETA?

BUT GUESS WHAT, I have Samsung S10+ and app doesn't work... What am I supposed to do now? Return it? What kind of answer is ''Get a new phone'', like it's a user fault app doesn't work...

Use DJI Fly 1.0.3, fly and wait.

So I have the issue with the s10 android not working been trying to find a work around for 2 weeks now, but think I might have found a fix I downloaded 1.0.4 for play store then downloaded 1.0.3 apk and tried to install at the same time but it doesnt let it says cannot install so I then deleted 1.0.4 and installed 1.0.3 from the saved file in my download an it worked. I have closed the app completely a few times to see if it still re opens and it does

Estoy totalmente frustrado con esta situación, llevo ya casi un mes sin poder usar mi mavic mini, Señor Administrador, responsables de DJI esta situación es inaceptable. Como van a compensar ustedes todo este tiempo perdido? Soluciónenlo por favor.

Its the 12th of january, 2020 and I am still grounded.

I have the latest flagship phone and the latest drone yet they are not compatible anymore because of an update. Not happy DJI.

Please sort this out ASAP.

Worried I was forced to upgrade my S10+ after putting the upgrade off for 10 days. Now I am grounded and DJI has not resolved the issues.  Going to Mexico on vacation and planned to bring the Mini along.  This sucks.

DJI Fly for IOS 1.0.6 already in app store. Where Android version?
