Just got my Osmo Mobile. Went to the app and it recognized my device but never gave me an “Activate” prompt, rather it just goes to “camera.” In camera app, the Osmo doesn’t move and even though the app says connected, when going to the “Gimbal” setting, it says “Please connect device.” This is driving me nuts. Please help! Thx.
